There’s no shortage of experience when it comes to Sherry. She is a Certified Sports Nutritionist, Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer focusing primarily on Yoga, Pilates and Aerobics activities. Beyond that, Sherry has authored 2 healthy cookbooks among countless other pieces for Naturopaths and Nutritionists. If that wasn’t enough, Sherry was also the former host of PBS’, Healthy Living program and has made a television appearance as an on-air nutritionist for QVC. Last but not least, Sherry engages in public speaking producing her own successful presentations that inspire listeners about healthy living.
